If you are asking how we can improve the United States in such a way that the problems inner city youth face then I would say to vote Democratic would be the best answer Oh, I thought for all your concern for inner-city problems you may have actually spent some time trying to do something about it. Does voting Democratic esuage your soul for all the misery you see, rail against, but do nothing about?

If you are asking how we can improve the United States in such a way that the problems inner city youth face then I would say to vote Democratic would be the best answer. Gee, since I grew up in Philadelphia it's been run by Democrats as has most larger cities in America. Seems they have failed miserably at helping anyone but themselves.
