Tell me how the civil rights turmoil of the '60s could have been addressed by employing "business solutions" with emphasis on profit/loss considerations.

I would also point out that the Democratic posters on this board consistently offer a broader range of ideas and deeper thinking than do those on the right. I see little if any discussion by those on the right concerning creative solutions for problems. What I do see from those on the right is a call for less problem-solving, i.e., "shrink government" and such.
