By and large, Camille Paglia is very far to the left. But she is beloved by conservatives and libertarians because she is opposed to political correctness. Her most bracing insights come in the area of feminism. She recognizes that men and women are fundamentally different, hard-wired different, and no amount of PC will change that. She recognizes, for example, that weepy, droopy men like Alan Alda make most women retch, and that dominant men make women's hearts beat faster. She recognizes that the feminazi propaganda that "all sex is rape" is bullshit. She is a breath of fresh air.

And I agree with her, Bill Bradley was vastly preferable to Gore.
