<<After today the only E & P stocks I own are TMR, OEI and SMOP.>>

Could you briefly share you reasons for holding TMR? I'm considering adding some more.

I've avoided OEI since the ugly production drop recently reported yet it appears to have much better than average exploration upside. Your thoughts on OEI??

I'm also long SMOP, but not in a big way. Agreed as to its undervaluation, but a strong short-term return here may be too easy? What do we know that everyone else doesn't, or more importantly what does everyone else know that we don't. Could management succession after the recent reorg be creating some problems? I'm of the belief that all of these small producers are quickly ripening into sharkbait, whether or not they've hung out the "for sale" sign. Lots of strongly accretive deals shaping up out there, IMO.

Thanks.
