Trickle down never worked and to go back to it will be to return to the failed politics of the 80's. How is government handouts any different that trickle down? It may come as a surprise but I don't believe in pure trickle down. I'm not that comfortable it believing what i believe about human nature. If you look around the world, where every there is power and corruption at the top, the folks at the bottom get shafted, HARD! I don't/would'nt stand still for that. I just think we've gone too far the other way. I come from a long line of Dems.
