This would seem to assure that all absentee ballots get counted. Florida law would seem to be rendered moot by this Federal law.

This statute applies in all jurisdictions and to all elections. It specifically prohibits any person acting under color of law from denying "the right of any individual to vote in any election because of an error or omission on any record or paper relating to any application, registration, or other act requisite to voting, if such error or omission is not material in determining whether such individual is qualified under State law to vote in such election."

They already had the Election down in Fl and the counting is over....Remember the FL SC ruling concerning that issue...are you stupid or something...it's over ! they were given an extra 19 days to try and find votes with a very subject standard " Voters intent " The votes are not there for your man....he lost, he is a loser and he is trying to cheat his way into being President...Can't you see, the people of FL don't want him. It's over ????

THE ONLY COUNTING THAT SHOULD BE DONE IS THE MILITARY VOTES

Re: "If anyone still cares at that point," vbg...but no, there should be AND IS no provision where the man on the losing end should have an opportunity to count his best territory and then, by some law that doesn't exist, if he's creeped ahead, force a count of the rest of the state to see if he can hold it.
