Right or wrong .. for better or worse .. the state was certified for Bush ..

maybe that will be overturned .. however at this time those 25 votes are for Bush.

If nothing changes between now and Dec 18 then Bush is the next president.

For Gore to have those votes now he has to take the state back .. not win it.

Gore is still running a campaign .. Bush has already won.

The status of those electorial votes is not what is going in front of the Supreme Court. What is going in front of the Court is the question of whether the FL Supreme Court violated federal law by extending the manual recount deadline.

Even if the US Court says that the FL Court was correct, the vote has still been counted for Bush .. game over.
