I am actually pretty confident that the Supreme Court will sort a lot of this out, yes......

Dear Dan B: God, I hope so. I would like the US Supreme Court to rise ABOVE partisan politics and merely state the law in no uncertain terms. They are probably the only entity left which at the moment may have the prestige to settle this matter once and for all and MAYBE pound some sense in the Sore Loserman team. I also wish they would find a way to repremand Boies for misleading the Fla. Supreme Court regarding dimples. Now I understand why the Fla. Supreme court missed it themselves, the answer was in the transcripts of the proceedings not in the opinions. Given the quickness with which they acted, I doubt anyone looked at the transcripts.
As to lawdogs comment to be regarding Divining, I personally observed the Republican looking at the Ballots WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS and saying NO VOTE and then the other two glancing at it and saying GORE. This is ridiculous and I am surprised no one other then the Republican attorney observing seemed to go out of their minds. First off, if you cant SEE THE HOLE with your eyes it shouldnt count AT ALL. This dimple is a bunch of BS and I would bet 90% of Americans of either party would agree. JDN
