Can I interest everyone to name what in their opinion would be the best performing stocks for the next 12 months? It would be great if everyone would name 10 picks, and we can come up with a list of the 5 or so most popular ones. They can be tech or non tech, but should have a mc of at least 1 billion.

Also, how about the closing price of the nasdaq on 12/31/2001.

LOL...well the new economy was always more about hype than profit. ;)

I think that technology will continue to advance and that people will make money in tech stocks in the future but what worries me now is the possibility that the market sentiment might swing from one extreme to the other, if we get into a recession.
