I think what I was asking about may become clear in the next couple of years. Millions of people have been spending their entire income and even living on borrowed money because they imagined themselves wealthy. The easy way out for many of these could be to declare bankruptcy, and in that case their creditors lose, too. Creditors like PVN, but also old and venerable banks.
