CG: That's fair enough as long as Florida seats some delegates....I too, hope the legislature doesn't act in haste either

Interesting mix of questions, some prudent others which are not:

Anyone know what kinds of powers the electors will have when they finally meet?

Who leads the meeting?

Do they have voice?

Could they do a coin flip?

Can they pass non-binding resolutions?

Will they, themselves, have any kinds of voting power?

Can the nation's electors refuse to seat Florida's electors?

Could they team up and vote for someone completely different?

Could the electors keep Clinton in office?

Does the law say Clinton only can't run for president--can he be elected by the electors, without running?

Could the electors request to count Florida's ballots?

What exactly will go on in that room when they meet?
