By: gdeinvest Reply To: None Friday, 1 Dec 2000 at 12:12 AM EST Post # of 64900 TALKED WITH FRIEND AND LARGE SHAREHOLDER OF AMBRA RESOURCES TONIGHT; HE COMMENTED THAT HE HEARD THRU AN EXECUTIVE THAT AMBRA IS PLANNING A 1/10 REVERSE SPLIT BY YEARS END. HE SAID A PROXY COULD GO OUT EARLY AS DECEMBER 27TH, 2000. I ASKED HIM WHY THEY WOULD DO THIS AND HE SAID BECAUSE ITS TOOK TO MUCH EXTRA STOCK TO ESTABLISH GAS LINE HOOK UPS AND TO COVER MUCH OPERATING COSTS OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS. JEFFERY TOLD ME THAT MANY INSIDERS ARE BAILING OUT BUT IT WILL BE PUBLIC INFORMATION SHORTLY. I WILL PROBABLY BUY IN AFTER THE REVERSE SPLIT IN EARLY JANUARY. STILL WILL WATCH STOCK PRICE AND SEE THE IMPACT FIRST. KIND OF WORRIED RIGHT NOW; STILL HOLDING A POSITION IN AMBRARESOURCES. THANKS, GDEINVEST
