Hi Tim - that is why I stay away from the box for the longest time. While the box is still the cash generator for these folks, one probably should view it as an impediment. DELL is also trying to move into server and services, and it does have a better [direct sale] business model on the client side. However, my guess is that CPQ [which I am longed] is better with a VAR model with server sale. Btw, I am also using a DELL at home. I had a GTW previously and I vowed not to have another one ever :) best, Bosco
