Auric, the P and G new was well publicized by the many touts. I was wondering about the PR though. I was wondering if like so many deals on Wall Street if P and G did not get Warrants or options which are equal or much greater that the cash GUMM received? Details were very lacking in the press release?

If this is the case it would remind me of SCON?

It would seem from your posts that you were up on the P&G news long before it happened.

We all were... at least, those of us who knew how to read their press releases. It was also all over this thread.
