Ken,

I was not suggesting that one set of parameters were better than another. I was merely trying to clarify the variations in approach that are possible.

Since I tend to go further OTM that you, the risk may be larger in terms of loss, but the probability of hitting stop conditions is also smaller. I particularly dislike having to unwind a spread position, since I take a hit on the bid/ask spread a second time on the way out.
