Duty calls. It's too important for them not to put their stamp on it. That's all I can think of. It's a real partisan mess down there.

I was wondering about this being a moot point as well.. How can this possibly be good for Gore.. If the US SC upholds the florida decision, then the current certified count is upheld.... Gore loses... if the US SC does not uphold FL SC,... old certification count is upheld ...Gore loses... how can Gore possibly benefit here?
