In no way does QCOM's stock price properly reflect the impact of AWE's quiet capitulation to CDMA...much less the continuing flow of positive news out of China.

word has it Justices are giving Bush a hard time
justices appear very divided
they talk of deferring to states (Ginsberg)
they talk of rewriting laws expostfacto (OConnor)
Chief Rheinquist is siding with state rights and sovereignty

this court is divided
easy conclusion after just 10 minutes of listening
buzz has it that Court considers FL SupCt as filling gaps
and not overturning improperly any law or decision

it is a pleasure to hear justices who seem to base arguments on law, precedent, statutes, and legal issues
a far cry from FL Mickey Mouse Supreme Court

dont expect any resolution from these guys
this will be settled within Florida's borders
