That's right. But, the reporter gave me the impression that the Court was angling in the direction I expected them too. It is true that we need to hear what the Court asked Gore. However, contrary to what your hearing reporters say I believe that in this case the Court will make it's position very clear during questioning. Bush/Baker were out of line with their behavior. This is not the typical S.Ct. case.
