Maybe I was hasty in thinking Ellen finally got one right

You know what "they" say; "Act in haste, repent about 500 responsive posts later. :)))

BTW, If truth be known, I am pretty much unbiased in the subject matter of this thread.

P.S. The USSC is meeting now. The case is being initially argued by Ted Olson, who Dershowitz and others beliveve is a very competent attorney. This will be a refreshing change for Bush.

Early reports, however, from Roger Cossak, (sp) indicate the Court's concern is why they are hearing the case. Either it is not "ripe" or 'so far what has Florida done to create a Federal issue'.

Just because you didn't agree with what I posted about the statutes applicable to the Seminole County case does not mean that was incorrect. And, as a matter of fact, you are in the great minority of one (1) [unless DoU makes two] in your belief. Read the articles on the case - they say the law was broken.

Nice try though.

Attitudes such as yours are what foster divisiveness, partisanship, discord, and ill feelings. Not something I would be proud of, but whatever floats your boat...
