Billing update....

I got through and "talked" to a guy named Toni. He pulls up my account and tells me that neither of the 2 $168 charges are in his database. This doesn't jive with what I was told Tuesday, that being one of the charges was recorded. Of course he hasn't received the copy of my CC statement yet... so he says, and then tells me that I haven't paid..... OK, so my service is going to be shut down Monday???.... Yep, since they don't have the record in their D.B. and I have to prove that they charged me.... I say "Let me talk to Debbie", who I talked to Tuesday.... "she's busy with another customer".... I say "Transfer me anyway"..... He then hung up on me....

I'm starting to feel I'm being scammed.....

just got through.
talked with a guy named "Chris".
said he'd straighten it out.
no cut off on Monday.

stay with the hold button.
sounded like there were lots of people working the phones
in the background.
so they're there.

stay with it.
