Neil, wouldn't you agree that by reviewing the optical ballot scanner votes we can determine an average number of nonvotes for the presidential election? The optical scanners showed a nonvote in one in a thousand.

But the four counties relied on punch-card balloting which produced an error rate of 22 in a thousand. It doesn't make sense to say 22 out of a thousand choose not to vote for president on punch card ballots but only one in a thousand didn't vote for president on optical scanner ballots.

Therefore, statistically is more than clear that the punch-card machine system did not count votes the first time or the second time. And the only way you can determine how those voters voted is via a hand recount.

I'm afraid that if you honestly review the ballots, free of interruption, the results will be different than the ones Ambassador-elect Harris and brother Jeb Bush so quickly certified and sent on to Washington. How come Texas hasn't yet certified its votes? Why did Florida have to move so rapidly?

Was there a Floridian GOPwinger fix at play?
