He's getting hammered pretty good, and no democratic appointee has even spoken yet. If he cant satisfy Scalia, he's toast.

And Ginsburg sounds like she's auditioning for a seat with the FLA Supremes. IMO, judges tend to act with a royal demeanor, i.e., say what you like but don't you dare say a bad word about any court. Bastards also interrupt more than even the most obnoxious talk show hosts. I'm feeling downright revolutionary.
