Are you actually saying that the inventor of the Votomatic punch-card machine, William S. Rouverol, is a liar when he submitted a sworn statement noting the punch-card machine fails to count all the votes?

Now, according to you, all the votes have been counted because the machine counted them twice.

How do you reconcile your conflict with the machine's inventor?

Furthermore, how do you reconcile that optical scanner tabulating machines in other counties tabulated one vote in a thousand with no vote for president, but the Votomatic machines tabulated 22 votes out of a thousand with no vote for president?

Please do forthrightly and honestly respond to this post. Thanks!
