Swiss...I just don't see it the way you do,....street getting tanked till GS moves to neutral bias or better.. and the OVERALL presidential uncertainly are really the only reasons..I think to lay this on Bush or Gore is a bit disingenuous...you know it and I know it

Aw, come on. It's diving because of the possibility of a Gore administration. As I said, every time there's good news for Gore, it dives again.

And keep your advice. There's plenty of free useless advice on the web.

RE: just remember the prosperity you've enjoyed over the past 8 years

Don't be silly. We have trade deficit at unsustainable levels, consumer and corporate debt are at record levels. Greenspan ran the press full speed in anticipation of a Y2K crisis. All that money flowing drove spending. Now it is gone, and we are in trouble. coincidently, the NASDAQ is at 1/2 its level just before Al turned of the $ Spigot.

Some of Our largest corporations (AT&T WorldCom, Lucent, IBM, etc.) are in serious debt-related trouble. Will you blame that on Bush.
