From what I heard, I think we have Renquist, Scalia, Thomas and O'Connor. I don't know where we stand with Kennedy. Ginsburg's mind is already made up even though the lawyer for Bush corrected her in his last word. Stevens will undoubtedly go with Gore as well as Breyer. My guess is Souter and Kennedy are the swing votes.

Wrong-O! Kennedy will be the swing vote. A conservative appointee who has turned liberal while on the bench. O'Connor will vote in Bush's favor, I think.

I think there will be a big internal push for an unanimous decision, much like the Watergate Tapes case.
