Those swings in emotion are counter productive to trading.
and almost impossible to get totally rid of!


think of the three worst trades you ever made that were "your fault". ie
Halts at the wrong time don't count
Bad NR just as you enter don't count etc.

Either you did not evaluate the risk reward ratio correctly before entering, or when you got in, you changed your mind, then got the shaft. Changing your mind, is an emotion that is attached to the greed or the fear.
