You're absolutely right, LawDog. I have a feeling that when all is said and done, that the votes get fairly counted and the fraudulent acts eliminated from the picture, the one picture remaining will be Bush looking very, very small. If not now as a result of this election, in the future, in history, as a result of it.

Bush certainly "can" win in court. It remains to be seen whether he "will" win. Doesn't change my low opinion of the courts.
