mike, I don't like the way this smells. Don't like Supreme Court favoring Bush position. Hence, this may go to the wall Dec 12 or even 18 without conclusion. I am moving out of long positions at tonights close. Take what small gain I can get from SPX (1,322)long position from Nov 22 close alongside NDX (2,668) entry point potential small loss. SPX now at SPX 1,327 and NDX at NDX 2,646 Bullish XAU is getting away from me and I want to enter in but not at overbought conditions. I will either be moving to Money Market or XAU or some split % before the close. Unfortunately I will not be able to post until well after the close. Best Regards, J.T.
