Steve: I just listened to the audio tape of the Supreme Court proceedings. I beg to differ with you about the decision. It seems to me that the Court will not overturn the Florida Supreme Court with the vote being clearly not split. The Supreme Court will issue an order that may surprise all -- they do not want to muck up the separation of state and federal powers.
