Frankly, justices I thought might not side with Bush at all fairly well blasted Gore's arguments at times. I say, the market is in control, having a normal bounce after yesterday, more than anything.

You missed the reason they are going up. It is because Bush's position and likelihood of becoming president are getting stronger.

Why do you feel that Gore is more in contention than he was? Maybe I have missed some piece of news. Surely you can't be suggesting he is more in contention based on the USSC testimony.
