All investors....beware of TRUTHSEEKER! (see the following)
Any more of this...and you could be going to jail for stock manipulation and fraud!

"On January 31, 2000, Floyd Schneider (TRUTHSEEKER) was ordered to post a retraction on this site and was restrained from further similar actions. On February 1, 2000, The Truthseeker.com and author Floyd D. Schneider posted a retraction statement that materially altered the court ordered retraction. The following is a corrected retraction as originally ordered;

This release is issued by The Truthseeker.com and Floyd D. Schneider AKA floydie, thetruthseeker, and crinthieves. On January 1,200, January 3, 2000 and January 12 2000 The truthseeker issued a press release on this site among others, Bryant Cragun and ZiaSun Technologies, Inc. These press releases announced a strong sell recommendation by Thetruthseeker on Ziasun Technologies stock, and made other statements regarding Bryant Cragun, Ziasun Technologies, and Ziasuns officers, directors and employees.

The sell recommendation announced and reiterated in the above-referenced press release was not based on objective analysis of Ziasuns stock value. The derogatory statements made regarding Bryant Cragun, Ziasun, and the officers, directors and employees of Ziasun were false or implied false facts. Pursuant to the court order, The Truthseeker and Floyd D. Schneider retract the January 1, January 3, and January 12 press releases in their entirety.
