Florida law and precident is about as clear as any states. The voter indicates his choice on the ballot. It does not have to be perfectly done. The rights and protections are for the voter, not the candidate.

Good post, TLC. And good logic. And that's the problem. Those guys won't do logic when it contradicts their predetermined positions. However absurd they may be.
