Was this ON24 audio?? About NOK's meeting tue.??

I listened to it and I didn't get anything new from that. Same ole stuff from NOK....."not going to pay Q, but in talks". Was there something I missed there??

I heard nothing new here. The commentator is sloppy with her words and contradicts herself. Sounds to me like she was "winging it" for the last part of her statement and got it mixed up. IJ has said many times before they are negotiating with Nokia.

Here is the quote from the ON24 piece, timemark 1:30.

However they don't believe Nokia is going to announce a 3G CDMA royalty settlement with Qualcomm which some had been looking for there. Now as some investors had been recently speculating about that Qualcomm win, this analyst once again saying that's NOT going to happen, but AT&T did happen and they also say their checks indidate that Nokia is still negotiating with Qualcomm, so maybe next week we'll hear something -- we'll look for more news on Tuesday regarding that, exactly what the specifics are of the Nokia - Qualcomm deal.
