Kenneth - now you are talking liking most of those bad trial lawyers. Stall and delay????? They have taken a very reasonable time frame for a contest (which included 10 days for a Republican response) and condensed it to a fast track schedule - where the Republicans had to respond in 3 days. Surely you are not suggesting that ALL the republicans due process be disregarded
