This allegation has yet to be proved. More importantly, the Court will not disenfranchise voters who were not complicit in the fraud. And finally, if the USSC rules for Bush (5-4)as expected, the issue will be moot. Besides I'm sure Whopper Al will be the first to call for these ballots not to be tossed since he wants all the votes counted to make sure the true will of the people previals. JLA
