I agree, but I don't think that the Nasdaq has too much farther to go. It may bottom out around 1500 or thereabouts, and flounder down there for a year or two, but the real damage has already been done. As the Nasdaq breaks below 2000, watch for ominous cracks to start appearing in the Dow and S&P indices.

Unfortunately for MSFT, as both a Dow and Nasdaq component, they will feel the pain from the selloff in both big index funds.
