The Congress will have to go along or be tagged "partisan" and "do-nothing" and "extremist". I was truly disappointed when the GOP Congress backed down on their "Contract with America" pledge to do some really meaningful paring of lard, waste, and gross inefficiencies in the federal government. Clinton flipped 'em off and they melted like butter in a hot frying pan. Too bad, IMO. The repubs. need to learn to fight like this. Agreed, or become known as the milquetoast, "me too", "Demo Lite" Party.
