Tim..your post to lawdog was very appropos:"It is easy to argue when freed from the burden of facts."....as I've tried to engage him these last few minutes...I say I have to agree with you...his problem is that by cloaking such lack of real proof to his allegations around his lawyer-ness...he really diminishes his credibility...and of course when he gets cornered he reverts to name calling and innuendos...that's unfortunate....I would think he is brighter than that...he and Ken..appear to want to give very little to the other guy in this overall discussion, they are never wrong and will not back up their supposed correctness with facts....nonetheless, it is always a joy to engage lawyers as I have to do it in real life...being a Florida doctor I get to do it often, unfortunately doc
