I didn't lose. I just didn't answer. Your answer is neither appropos nor relevant. The plain fact is the voters clearly expressed their will and no Court is going to disenfranchise 15,000 people who had no part in the fraud. Take a look at the FL Sup. Ct ruling where they rewrote the election deadline. The opinion speaks to the danger of reading FL election laws in a hypertechnical fashion. Re-read Whopper Al's comments about the will of the people begin paramount. Moreover, the suit itself is frivolous and will become moot if the USSC rules in favor of Bush as expected (5-4). Failing that, the suit will never be resolved by December 18 and the FL legislature will have acted to keep Whopper Al from stealing the elction by then in any event. This suit is really much ado about nothing.
