As a bruised S1 shareholder this seems like good news. I was looking for a way to get in on Yodlee since they seemed to be the ones executing the best in this area.

I originally got into S1 partly because I thought they had some management skills in putting deals together and this confirms it.

Trading was halted earlier, but now I'm getting quotes in the sixes. The market apparently isn't that impressed. I can't quite tell if S1 shareholders are getting something out of this or if it's an admission that they couldn't compete.
