You speak as though that's an established fact. I've read several articles on the subject, at least, and have seen nothing that identifies any Democrat as having asked, then being turned down.

Just waiting to see/hear anything specific that would confirm you notion, if it exists.

The primary issue, there, is that the votes belong to the voters, and not the parties or the candidates. I think that there may be grounds for a criminal case (which ought to be looked into), yet the voters had every expectation that their votes were legal and should be counted.
