Dear Ken: The Dollar needs to decline. It was the over robust interest rates in USA that propped it up so high we have likely destroyed the EURO. Got to look at the Global picture anymore, cant just look at USA and whats good only for us. JDN

I haven't noticed any weakening of the dollar (other than at the level of noise). On what do you base your perception?
