there you have it Monty. proof. actually, if you compare the "insider" selling at Dell with any of the majors you'll conclude that Dell's insider sales were of no greater proportion.

So. you can define the amazon as long and dirty or long and powerful. depends on your prior perspective. one sale is too much, therefore two sales are way too much.

Today's selling was a gift from CNBC. Maybe you were the analyst they interviewed? Kind of like begging the question isn't it? Anyone can provide proof of a death after the person is already dead.

The term "acquired shares via..." means they have not sold yet. So, of the last fifteen entries on the insider chart, most are actually share acquisitions - not sales. Four show sales, among them our beloved Michael - as a gift. Most acquistions occurred above $25 per share.
