I agree that the US SC ruling is up in the air. Imho, it comes down to how Sandra Day O'Connor votes.

As for the Florida SC not being partisan, I will say that it may or may not have been. What it was, for sure, is what we should expect from liberal judges- writing law from the bench. If the US SC knocks them down, it will be for doing that, imho.

You haven't ruined anything. In fact, your lame response has increased my confidence.

The Supreme Court having been highly politiczed since the Warren era will decide this case along partisan grounds, 5-4 for Bush. If not the FL legislature is ready to act.

The FL Sup Ct didn't make a partisan decision?

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha You so silly......

But more to the point, the lawsuits will not be resolved by Dec. 18 and the FL legislature will ensure that the Bush electors are seated. That's really the bottom line here.

This ballot counting nonsense is just that uter nonsense and in my opinion, a total hoax. The ballots have been counted several times and Gore lost every time.

Gore's support increasing?? hahahahahahahahaha

Where? In YOUR fantasy?? hahahahahahaha

President-elect Bush. Has a nice ring to it, don't ya think?
