These new SEC Fair Disclosure rules are certainly adding a lot of paper work for the SEC. Just out of curiosity, is PMCS closing on any recent acquisitions in the very near term? Several times I have been lured into the maze of SEC documentation seeking something "material" that would influence my decision on whether or not to enter or close a position...only to find out that all that is there is the "news" that a deal has closed. Fools gold. So much for getting an edge. ;)

FWIW, I did not find the reference to the fact that PMCS had notified the SEC of an unscheduled material event. Where was it?

Short?-never done it

Besides it's stupid-you can only make 100% return.
That advice is as stupid as me telling you to buy more.
I'm still waiting for one of the longs to explain why they held such a high p/e stock and rode it down.
Greed maybe?
