Reading the article you posted relative to felons voting, it seems pretty obvious the state has to do a better job of defining who can and cannot vote due to felony convictions. That misdomeanor offenders were included on a felons list seems to indicate the information therein is faulty at best. In order to take someone's vote away from them, you have to be 100 percent correct that the action is proper. It doesn't seem like, as yet, the state has met that test.
