Oh I'm so sorry for your losses.
But I admit to feeling somewhat comforted that someone else who sounds intelligent (and you do) did that.
Yes I think the next rally is definitely short or put buying time and also time to get out of everything. Not sure about qcom but if you see how many times it hit its head on 90 and couldn't get through, I'd say a weak market will bring Qcom down too.
Buying time much later in the next year.
You know I had read in many places that the year BEFORE a Pres election was usually good on the stock market and the year DURING a presidential election usually stunk and the year AFTER a Pres election stunk too....I should have listened and acted accordingly.
Guess I still better, when the rally such as it is, comes.
My service Vector Vest has not had us shorting... they keep expecting a rally...they have been fairly accurate until this fall (but of course I didn't listen when it said get out last March).
No, you don't scare me...I know in my heart that we are in for a very bad time and one of these days I'll get into all cash with shorting or buying puts. Maybe buying puts would be better, wont worry me if the stocks go up for a while. Shorting makes more money faster but the reverse is true if you dont stay in past the up that inevitably follows your short!
