It's hard to "read into" the Justices' questions... in some cases they may have an opinion for one side based on a brief and they are challenging him/her just to see if their initial view strengthens and sometimes they play it the other way, they didn't see the merits in the case so they go after the lawyer. The "experts" are trying to read into a Justices previous decision as well as the questions they ask, problem is things are sometime contradictory. If you just listed to on side other the other, you would assume the other side lost in this case and in many other cases. It’s time to wait and see. My guess is they may stall to see if this works itself out, and then they can decide not to decide.
