Well, that was a question and not an opinion.
And I asked because there was such a large difference in Bush's lead from the original count to the 2nd count (the automatic vote tabulation).
His lead dropped by 85%.

So the question still is - Is this not the case here?
There is that large % difference in the lead and it was even a further drop under the % error for the machines.
Seemed like a logical question.

I'd really like to hear an educated answer for that.

Does/Doesn't this create the circumstances under which a full manual recount is mandated?
