I'm really looking for where to buy merchandise. It seems like every traveller's highway has areas that are particularly suited to buying a wide range of products geared to the hippie/backpacker tourist. In Bali it's Kuta & Ubud. Guatemala try Panajachel & Chichicastenango. Bohemians, hippies, and the ArtsyPhartsy Yuppies are my target customers.

You have an open invitation to SoCal. We could go to Mexico again from here and tie one on, it's only an hour away. But once you're here it is only a $700 flight RT to Baleeeeeee!
